A man was yesterday (Sunday March 20) arrested at Itabali Checkpoint, Mazaruni for being in possession of an unlicensed 9mm pistol with 7 round.
Police say at around, 11:00hrs ranks conducted the search on the man and found the items.
He has been arrested and is in police custody assisting with the investigations.
