A 16-year-old male earlier today hacked his 70-year-old step-father to death at Crane Village, West Coast Demerara.
It is alleged that the teenager and his step-father was engaged in a heated argument after which he took a cutlass and chopped the elderly man to death.
The dead man has only been identified as Patrick.
