BREAKING NEWS: Teen who was shot in mouth by cop, again shot

Alex Griffith, the teenager who was shot in the mouth by a Cadet officer back in 2014 was again this afternoon shot by a Police Officer.

Police ranks this afternoon shot the teen in his foot as he was riding his pedal cycle when the incident occurred. The News Room was informed that Griffith of East La Penitence, Georgetown was seen by the police ranks on patrol in the vicinity of North East Ruimveldt.

The young man is contending that the police officers did n not call out to him but instead just opened fire on him.

The News Room was also told that no unlawful items were found in the young man’s possession.

The teen is presently at the Georgetown Public Hospital receiving treatment while the ranks who were on the patrol vehicle at the time, are said to be providing statements in relation to the shooting.

In 2014, Griffith was shot in the mouth when police visited his home to inquire about a robbery which committed on a relative of one of the ranks earlier in the evening. That incident is still engaging the attention of the courts.

This evening the young man’s lawyer confirmed the shooting and said that he is gathering all the facts before engaging the media.
