Golden Grains Investment and Alesie Rice Group announced today (April 07, 2017) that they have reached a purchase agreement that allows Golden Grain Investments to acquire all of the Alesie Group’s assets in Ruimzeight, Vreed-en-Hoop, Wakenaam and Corriverton.
The deal was unanimously approved by the Alesie’s Board that considers the proposed transaction to be in line with the interests of the company, its shareholders and its employees.

The Board of Alesie has appointed NexGen Global Marketing Services, as its authorised agent to handle the transition and ensure that all outstanding liabilities of the Group to farmers and other creditors are fully satisfied in a timely basis.
