Assistant Commissioner of Police Christopher Griffith has gone into pre-retirement leave after serving the Guyana Police Force for well over 30 years.
Christopher Griffith whose last position was that of Assistant Commissioner of Police Operations, did not receive a farewell parade as he declined the offer after it was put to him by the administration of the Force.

The position which held at the Force Headquarters has now been taken over by Assistant Commissioner of Police Clifton Hicken who has been serving the Police ‘A’ Division for the past three years.
