Dead: Odinga Wikham
One Prison Warden has succumbed to injuries sustained during Sunday afternoon’s prison riot.
The News Room has been reliably informed that Odinga Wikham died while receiving medical attention at the Georgetown Public Hospital.
Wikham is the first fatality to have been reported.
Minister of Health, Volda Lawrence had disclosed that seven prison officers and one other person from the Prison Riot were receiving medical attention at the GPHC.
