Three of the recaptured prisoners
The five prison escapees who were moments ago recaptured have been identified as Teshawn McKenzie, Odel Roberts, Jamal Forde, Rayon Jones and Winston Long.
This information was provided by the Public Relations Officer of the Guyana Police Force.
The PRO said the Roberts, Forde and Jones were found in Mon Repos and the others in Georgetown.
News Room was told that two were captured as they were attempting to board public transportation in the vicinity of the Stabroek Market area.
