Kares Engineering Inc. and Boyce/Jefford reps seal the deal with the exchange of the sponsorship cheque

Kares Engineering Inc. is the new title sponsor of the Boyce and Jefford Track and Field Classic that is just under two weeks away.
The company was announced as the main sponsor of the event on Thursday morning where Communication Consultant of the mega construction company, Mondale Smith, gave a passionate speech on the engineering company’s impetus to channel resources into athletics.
“It is said that your gifts will make room for you and Kares is working with that belief that the gifts given to our young people will help to make room for them, that is why the gift is of cash that is necessary to motivate those that believes nobody cares about them, that is why Kares cares cause Kares cares,” Smith highlighted by sharing a poem by Rudyard Kipling.
Meanwhile, Chairman of the Boyce and Jefford Committee, Colin Boyce thanked Kares Engineering Inc. for its support while updating the public on preparation of the ground in Linden.
“The ground is in its best shape I think and it is just the matter of maintaining it so that our athletes will not have to worry when they compete, but we must thank Kares for jumping onboard in this tough time to support us,” Boyce shared.
Kares Sports Brand Ambassador, Paul Meusa, who is a former table tennis player, now cross-fit athlete, also shared his thoughts on the company diving into athletics.
“We know in sports and especially athletics that it is one of the sport that can bring your country international glory and with the recent success of the Carifta and World Youth team we are happy to be onboard with the development of what we see as nation building,” Meusa stated.
The Boyce and Jefford Track and Field Classic will be held on August 12 and 13 at the McKenzie Sports Club ground, Linden.
