A 27-year-old mother of one who was reported missing on Sunday was found at a relative’s home at Blairmont, West Coast Berbice (WCB).
Hemwattie Singh called ‘Mona’ left her home in No. 36 Village, Corentyne Berbice to visit a mandir on Sunday afternoon, October 27, and did not return, causing her family to panic.
The News Room understands that Singh’s father, Mookesh Ramsew received a telephone call about 20:00hrs on Wednesday that she was in Blairmont.
Ramsew told the News Room that his daughter had a mental breakdown and is being taken to the hospital for help.
Singh is a religious singer and a single mother. She lives with her parents at No. 36 Village, Corentyne Berbice.
