A father and his son are currently hospitalised after they reportedly collided with a motorcar along the Land of Plenty Public Road on the Essequibo Coast in Region Two.
The father identified as Seenauth Mohamed and his son, Suraj, both of Fairfield, Essequibo Coast, were on a motorcycle being driven by Seenauth.
The accident occurred at about 08:00hrs on Friday while the two men were heading to work.
Following the accident, the father and son were rushed to the Suddie Public Hospital.
The News Room understands that both father and son are employees at Golden Fleece Rice Investment.
Investigations are ongoing.
