Satyacharran Karran also known as “Ramesh,” a Royal Castle Delivery man of 2009 Parfaite Harmonie, West Bank Demerara was up to late last evening (March 21) being treated at the Georgetown Public Hospital for a bullet wound to the hand.
According to information from police sources reaching News Room, Karran was in the process of making a delivery in Lamaha Gardens when he was shot by one of two men, who later took away his motorcycle.
Speaking with News Room at the Georgetown Public Hospital last evening, the injured man’s wife Fazileet Karran said that her husband was out of danger. She recalled that the registration number for the motorcycle is CG 2003.
Asked to comment on the development, the woman said that she was at home when she received a call that her husband was shot while making a delivery. The woman hurried down to the Hospital in the company of her two daughters to check on his condition.
