A man identified as “Jermaine”, 35 years of ‘D’ Field, Sophia was last night shot to his buttocks when he broke into the Lisa General Store, Charlotte Street, Georgetown.
According to a police report , during a confrontation with the owner, who is a licensed firearm holder, the man was shot.
The incident occurred about 21:35hrs.
He has been admitted to the Georgetown Public Hospital under police guard.
