SMYTH STREET SHOOTER REMANDED TO PRISON

Morris Prince also known as “Max” was today remanded to prison until April 14th 2016 for the murder of Oriley Small who was gunned down at his home on March 19.

“Max” was remanded by Magistrate Ann McLennon when he appeared before her charged with capital offence.

The accused was represented by attorney at law Mark Waldron. The court was told that the accused resides at lot 58 Public Road Riverview, Ruimveldt Georgetown.

Small was shot dead earlier this week as he was entering his home at Smyth Street after returning home from a night club. Several years ago, Small was shot while attending a sporting event at the National Culture Center tarmac.
