Goed Faith man remanded for murdering mother

Terrence Madray, a 53 year old father of three, also known as “Throw back” was this morning remanded to prison until May 23, when he appeared in the Mahaica Magistrates’ Court charged with murdering his  mother, Susheela Madray, 76 years.

 

 

 

The court heard that the man who gave his occupation as a carpenter murdered his mother on Thursday evening at their Goed Faith, Mahaicony home before locking her in the upper flat of the building.

 

 

 

The man was not required to plea to the indictable charge which was read to him by Magistrate Sueanna Lovell.

 

 

 

The murder took place last week after the man returned home under the influence and began abusing his mother.

 

 

 

Persons in the area had said that the man’s abuse f his mother was something that has been ongoing for a while now.

 

 

 

 

He was not represented in court today.
