According to a police report, yesterday Sunday May 08, 2016, Deoram Persaud, 39 years, of Belmont, Mahaica, ECD, was driving a motor cycle along the roadway at Kairuni, Soesdyke-Linden Highway, allegedly at a fast rate, when he lost control of the vehicle and crashed.
Deoram Persaud, who was not wearing a safety helmet at the time, received injuries and was pronounced Dead on Arrival at the Linden Hospital.
Investigations into the fatal accident are in progress.
