Alleged Murderer shot by police

A man this morning allegedly chopped his mother, twenty-five year old, Vanessa Sookram and two year old child, Joel Ganesh at their Crane Village, West Coast Demerara home.

According to police sources, the man: twenty-nine year old, Christopher Ganesh, who reportedly committed the act was shot by police and is undergoing emergency surgery at the West Demerara Regional Hospital.

An eyewitness told Newsroom that the baby was seen on the bed with intestines protruding while his wife was covered in blood. The man’s mother was rushed to the hospital where she remains in a critical condition.
