A 32-year-old man is now dead after he was shot by an allegedly unlicensed firearm holder at Laing Avenue on Monday afternoon.
According to information reaching the News Room, Orin David was engaged in an argument with a friend.
The argument reportedly stemmed from a request made by the now dead man for money which he used to bail his assailant while the man was in police custody on the West Coast of Demerara. This allegedly angered the man who then left the area and returned with another friend who is the holder of an unlicensed weapon.
