A man and his two sons on Wednesday appeared in the New Amsterdam Magistrate court to answer to the charges of Attempted Murder and Inflicting Grievous Bodily Harm on Ashton Simon, Jason Wilson and Vallas Motie at MiMi Dam Angoy’s Avenue on Sunday afternoon.
Appearing before presiding Magistrate Alex Moore was 25-year-old Radesh Girdhari, 19-year-old Satesh Girdhari and 45-year-old Rohan Girdhari of 127 Angoy’s Avenue New Amsterdam.
The trio was not required to plead to the charge.
The men were remanded to prison and will be returning to court on October 07, 2016.
News Room previously reported that Jason Wilson, 30, of Mi Mi Dam, Angoy’s Avenue, Aston Simon, 41 and Vallas Motie, 26 of Sheet Anchor Village were chopped about their bodies on Sunday at around 17:00 hrs. One suffered a severed ear, another a severed hand and the third sustained several stab wounds to his back, head and stomach.
Wilson and Motie were at the time accompanying Simon to collect his belongings from a house at Angoy’s Avenue where he previously resided when the incident occurred. It is alleged that the feud started between the men after one accused the other of providing information to the police in relation to a wanted man residing at the home of the perpetrators last week.
