    Digicel ‘Bring the Beat’ down to five contestants

    After more than 100 persons signed up for the Digicel Bring the Beat Amateur DJ Competition it is now down to five individuals who will go “beat to beat” before emerging the winner of the competition.

     

    The Linden leg of the Competition which was hosted at the weekend, started out with ten contestants and now it’s down to five individuals.

     

    The DJs that made it through to the fifth round includes Jefferson Meusa- DJ Spotlight, Travis Hart -DJ Vybz, Keston Tyrell-Selector Keston, Shequille Sparman-Selector Shaqq and Brian Jospeh -DJ Bentley.

     

    While those DJs may have survived elimination and will now advance to the finals so will Leron Jackman and Cletus Smith who were selected as wildcards making them eligible to walk away with the top prize.

     

    The winner of this year’s Digicel Bring the Beat Amateur DJ Competition will walk away with a Pioneer DJ Console and more than one million dollars in cash and prizes.

     

    The last leg of the competition will be on Friday evening August 27 at the Cliff Anderson Sports Hall tarmac.
