Two seriously injured including a 3 -year -old following Albion Front Accident

A man, his wife and niece were on Sunday night struck down at just about 21:00 hrs  in the vicinity of Albion Complex, Albion Front, Corentyne,Berbice.
Angela Jabbar is listed as critical, while her husband Nazim Jabbar sustained injuries to his foot, however, their three-year- old niece is currently in a stable condition at the Anamayah Memorial Hospital.

According to reports, the woman, her husband and niece were on an outing at the Berbice Expo when they had just parked their vehicle along the Albion road and exited. Upon exiting the vehicle a car proceeding West, at a fast rate plunged into the family with Angela taking the full impact.

They were all picked up and rushed to the Hospital.

According to sources the driver, Rafhkumar Mangal of Lot 8 Albion Front, who was driving PKK 9065 is in police Custody assisting with investigations.

News Room understands that Mangal was highly intoxicated at the time of the accident.

It is also understood that Angela Jabbar’s brother died in a motorcycle accident about a month ago along the No. 19 Road Corentyne.  His name  was Aaron Woati.
