Ranks of the Guyana Police Force have apprehended a fourth suspect in the Black Bush Polder triple murder.
Police in a press release today said as a result of information received, ranks from Headquarters of the Criminal Investigation Department, last night conducted a covert operation in the Backlands of the Corentyne of ‘B’ Division, which led to the arrest of the fourth suspect.
An unlicensed shotgun and seven cartridges were also found.
Two males are also in custody assisting in an investigation in respect of the firearm used in the murders.
The bodies of 33-year-old Naresh Rooplall, 37-year-old Pawan Chandradai aka Suresh and his 15-year-old son, Jaikarran Chandradai aka Kevin were discovered on Friday July 22, 2016, each bearing one gunshot wound.
