Senior Superintendent of Police and Commander of ‘E’ Division (Linden), Calvin Brutus along with three other senior ranks have been transferred from the division with immediate effect.

The other three officers who were transferred include the Inspector in charge of the Criminal Investigations Department in the division, a police sergeant and corporal.
The News Room was also told of instances where officials associated with the government wrote to the Ministry of the Presidency expressing concerns with the modus Operandi of the Commander and other ranks in the division.
Contacted today, the outgoing Commander Calvin Brutus who is now heading to ‘A’ Division as the Deputy Commander refused to comment on his transfer but directed all questions to the Public Relations Officer of the Force and Commissioner of Police.
