Christmas is the time of giving and President David Granger and First Lady, Mrs. Sandra Granger along with Public Health Minister, Dr. George Norton kicked off their 2016 Christmas Day celebrations with the distribution of hampers to mothers at the maternity ward of the Georgetown Public Hospital.
The President also gifted the mothers a souvenir coin each in observance of Guyana’s 50th Independence Anniversary.
