BREAKING NEWS: Taxi driver shot to buttocks during armed robbery

A taxi driver was moments ago shot to his buttocks by one of three armed men, who reportedly robbed a woman.

The incident occurred in the vicinity of Oronoque and Charlotte streets in close proximity to the Jialing Store.

News Room understands that the alleged bandits arrived at the scene in a black Toyota 212 bearing registration number, HB 5819, and like Cinderella, one of the men left a slipper behind.

It is also reported that the men trailed the woman, who had just made a withdrawal from a City bank. At the time of the robbery, she had in her possession $1.5M, a gun and two mobile phones.

A security guard attached to the Jialing store was taken into custody to assist with the police investigations.
