Woman found dead; Husband in hiding

A 29 year old mother of three was this morning (Wednesday, April 05, 2017) found murdered in her home.

The woman who works as a domestic worker was identified as Danwantie Ram of Parika Façade, East Bank Essequibo.

According to persons gathered at the scene of the incident, the woman has been suffering from abuse at the hands of her husband who has now gone into hiding.

Ram has been married to the man for some 12 years and was allegedly making moves to leave the union before she was allegedly murdered.

The body of the woman was found in a chair at her home.
