Corporate support has been streaming in for the third annual Blairmont Floodlight Cup Reload, set to take place this Sunday (April 30) at the Blairmont Community Centre ground. Recently, club officials were on hand to receive sponsorship packages from Hand-in-Hand Insurance Company, Sign Arts, Arshad Business Enterprise, Baksh Travel Service and Big B’s Restaurant.

President of the Blairmont Cricket Club, Shabeer Baksh, expressed gratitude to the businesses for seeing it fit to collaborate with the club for the annual competition. He highlighted that the inputs by these entities will go a far way in ensuring the aims and objectives of the one day activity are met.

He also used the opportunity to encourage families to come out and witness a day of clean fun, as apart from the on-field cricket action, there will be numerous activities beyond the boundary to keep the family entertained.

The teams likely to participate are Blairmont Cricket Club Blazers, D’Edward Super Kings, Cotton Tree Die Hard, Albion Sports Club, Rose Hall Youth and Sports Club, Cold Fushion, Young And the Restless, Bush Lot, Enterprise and Young Warriors.
