One of the main witnesses in the Marcus Bisram murder trial was allegedly poisoned. The witness was rushed to the Hospital on Thursday.
The News Room understands that the witness was last seen with his friend, who is said to be a relative of the murder accused.
Bisram is wanted by police in Guyana in connection with the death of a carpenter Faiyaz Narinedat of #72 Village Corentyne Berbice.
He was arrested in Queens, New York earlier this year.
State Minister Joseph Harmon said police are making efforts to have the murder accused extradited.
Bisram is accused of masterminding the killing of carpenter Faiyaz Narinedatt on Oct. 31, 2016. He allegedly got four co-conspirators to kill Narinedatt, who was beaten to death.
