Police said they have recaptured the suspected bandit who escaped from the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation (GPHC).
The alleged bandit, Marlon Jeffrey, was found hiding in a barrel at a house in Brutas Street, Agricola.
Four persons, inclusive of two females who were in the house, have been taken into custody.
Jeffrey, 18 – years – old, was reportedly shot to the back by the police. He was under close arrest at the GPHC at the time he escaped.
