Guyana’s contingent at the Caribbean Regional Badminton Championship (CAREBACO) copped eight medals in the Individual categories, including three golds at the National Racquet Centre in Tacarigua, Trinidad.
The Guyanese also captured two silver and three bronze medals. “We are very proud of our team that has medalled for the eighth year at championships and keep our flag flying,” the Guyana Badminton Association said in a release.

Priyanna Ramdhani: Silver in U-17 Singles
Priyanna Ramdhani & Tyrese Jeffrey: Gold in U-17 Mixed Doubles
Priyanna Ramdhani : Gold in U-17 Doubles
Tyrese Jeffrey & Akili Haynes: Bronze in U-17 Doubles
Ambika Ramraj: Silver in U-19 Doubles
Jonathan Mangra: Bronze in U-19 Doubles
