Bartica resident busted with marijuana
The Cannabis which the police found
A 30-year-old taxi driver has been arrested for allegedly being in possession of 2 kilograms of cannabis, which police ranks found at the Bartica Stelling on Monday evening.
According to a police report, ranks acted on information and went to the Stelling at about 18:35 hrs and arrested the taxi driver of Fifth Avenue, Bartica following a search of a box he was in possession of. The cannabis was found inside the box, wrapped in several taped parcels. The suspect is being processed for court.
