Improvised gun, Cannabis found; one arrested
A 57-year-old businessman was on Sunday arrested after he was found in the possession of 43 grams of cannabis.
The man of Grant 1780 Crabwood Creek, Corentyne, was arrested by police ranks at the back street of the said village. He will appear in court today.
Meanwhile, police are hunting for a suspect after discovering an improvised single barrel shotgun at Bartica, Region Seven. Acting on information received, ranks traveled to the location at about 07:00hrs on Saturday and made the discovery.
