This will be the first pizza hut in the Caribbean that has a full-service, wine and cocktail bar in addition to a variety of desserts and all kinds of pasta. Some of the new menu items are alfredo pasta, chicken diablo penne, and spaghetti; and for desserts: Hershey cookie pies, hot chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream, Hershey brownie cake and much more.

Singh said the new location has created jobs for 40 persons directly and numerous persons indirectly. He noted too that quality control and customer service are the utmost priority.

Quality Control Manager, Michael Alleyne assured that Pizza Hut is fully prepared to handle the rush that usually comes when a new restaurant is opened in the country. Meanwhile, Singh explained that as a part of its contractual obligations with the Pizza Hut franchise, it has to open another location.

He explained that management is exploring the idea of opening its 5th pizza hut location outside of Georgetown, either on the East Coast or the East Bank of Demerara.
