An intelligence-led operation on Thursday afternoon in the city resulted in the arrest of a 52-year-old male of Church Street, Georgetown.
A police statement said that the man was found with an unlicensed AR Rifle with a magazine, a handcuff and one bulletproof vest from a motor car. The suspect is a licensed firearm holder. Investigations are continuing.
