A Police Constable is currently receiving medical attention at the Georgetown Public Hospital, after being accidentally shot in his upper right arm.
Police in a brief statement on Tuesday noted that the Constable was shot by one of his colleagues during the pursuit of a robbery suspect at Leopold and Breda Streets, Charlestown, at about 15:30hrs today. His condition is considered stable and investigations are in progress.
