Mohamed said the support of Ricks and Sari Agro Industries has been phenomenal over the years and he is grateful for the strong alliance with the company.

The feature race of the day would the 35-lap School Boys and Invitational, which is expected to attract the senior riders and those up and coming cyclists. Alanzo Greaves won last year’s race in one hour, 18 minutes, but he is currently serving a ban, which means a new champion would be crowned.

In the Junior category, Romello Crawford would look to defend his title from last year, while Warren McKay would want to maintain a hold of the Veterans Under-50 title. Jamal Heyliger won the 12-14 Boys and Girls race last year, while Shane Bourne took top honours in the Mountain Bikes division.

Officials of Ricks and Sari Agro Industries, including marketing representative Sven D’Oliviera, will be on hand to witness the races and assist in the presentation of prizes after.
