A raid conducted by agents of the Customs Anti-Narcotics Unit (CANU) on Friday, January 19, 2018, resulted in the discovery of five kilograms of cocaine and the seizure of several vehicles and a quantity of cash.
A brief statement from CANU noted that the raid was conducted in several locations at Soesdyke, East Bank Demerara and saw the arrest of three persons, including a brother and sister – Junior Owen Singh and Nickela Craig Singh.
