Pistol found in abandoned car at Vryheid’s Lust
The pistol and ammunition found by Police
Police on Friday afternoon said that ranks who were alerted to an abandoned car at Vryheid’s Lust, East Coast of Demerara (ECD) investigated and found a Taurus Pistol with a magazine and six live matching rounds.
The Police said the fact that they were alerted to the abandoned car is an indication that the Force is gaining the public’s trust.
Investigations are in progress, the police stated.
