Showstoppers got their third straight title of the Guinness Greatest of the Streets West Coast/East Bank edition in the wee hours of Saturday at the Pouderoyen Tarmac.

The match ended 3-0 in favour of Showstoppers, who topped ESPN, appearing in their first final of the tournament. Showstoppers asserted themselves over their opponents when Marvin Josiah easily slotted home a goal in the eighth minute.

ESPN would have a few chances with some smooth passes, especially diagonally across the court but failed to convert their efforts.

Josiah got his second goal in the 18th minute that basically signaled the writing on the wall for ESPN who were clearly outplayed by the championship side.

Dexroy Adams then rubbed salt into the wounds of ESPN with the third and final goal of the match in the 21st minute.

Meanwhile, in the third place game, West Side Ballers topped Dream Team 2-0 on penalty kicks after a 1-1 draw.

The fast-paced match was nothing short of pure excitement and a couple of half chances for both sides. West Side struck first with a shot from Prince Gilkes in the 14th minute. A minute later, West Side gave up an own goal as the game went back to level pegging.

The teams were presented with their winning prizes immediately after the final to bring the curtains down on the event.
