Alicia Wong, the eldest daughter of Clifton Wong –one of the men killed at Lindo Creek in May 2008 – collapsed this morning as the Commission of Inquiry (COI) into the murders was ongoing.

During the testimony of her uncle, Courtney Wong, the young lady, who was observed crying all morning, fell unconscious.

At the time, Mr Wong was recounting his visit to the camp at Lindo Creek with police, soldiers and Government Pathologist, Dr Nehaul Singh following the incident.

The man recounted the discovery of the burnt remains of the men who were killed and the injuries found on one of the burnt skulls.

Alicia was rushed to the Georgetown Public Hospital where doctors are trying to revive her.

As a result of the incident, Commissioner of the COI, Justice Trotman postponed Mr Wong’s testimony to March 22.
