GFF, CONCACAF hosting D License programme
The Guyana Football Federation (GFF) is hosting a four-day CONCACAF D License programme for coaches in Guyana in an effort to build capacity among technical personnel.
The programme began today (Thursday) with an opening ceremony at Olympic House at 10:00h. Among those who gave remarks at the opening were GFF’s Technical Director Ian Greenwood, President Wayne Forde and CONCACAF officials – Anton Corneal (Instructor) and Andre Waugh (Manager of Development Caribbean).
The programme, while acting to train and certify the 13 D Licenses prospects, will also serve to certify three prospective D License Instructors – Sampson Gilbert, Bryan Joseph and Ian Greenwood.
Anton Corneal, CONCACAF Instructor, will evaluate the session. The session was chaired by Debra Francis (Ms.) – Communications and Public Relations Officer, GFF.
