Hand-in-Hand, one of the country’s leading insurance companies, has taken things up a notch with the launch of its online application service for motor vehicle insurance.

New customers can get 10% percent off within the first two months of utilizing the service by using the promotion code ‘bonus10’. The online service allows applicants to pay through electronic methods using Visa or Mastercard; it also provides them with the option of signing up online and making the cash payment at any of its offices countrywide.

    The launch at Hand-in-Hand

Chuwatie Harduwar-Ramsaroop, the company’s Assistant Motor Manager (ag), told News Room during the launch at the Giftland Mall on Saturday that this initiative is one way the company has decided make the process more convenient for their customers.

“Lots of persons like to do shopping online and so we want to be able to do that,” she stated.

For persons who sign up now using the online service, they will be able to renew their policy online but for existing customers, the company is currently working to digitalise their records so they too can access the online feature.

Harduwar-Ramsaroop said Hand-in-Hand will eventually launch online application services for other types of insurance like Fire and Life.

The service can be accessed at: online.hihgy.com
