West Indies Under-19 batsman Bhaskar Yadram stroked a belligerent 301 not out on Wednesday for Demerara against the Guyana Select Under-17 side in the Inter-county Under-19 Three-day competition at the Everest ground.
The 18-year-old right-hander became the first player to score a triple hundred at this level, after resuming the day on 260 not out. Demerara eventually declared on 489-8.
Yadram slammed 28 fours and 17 sixes in his 252-ball knock, which spanned 263 minutes.
