A Man-of-the-Match bowling performance from Vivian Albert took Enterprise Busta Sports Club to victory over Lusignan Sports Club in the final of the D&E Tent Rental sponsored 10/10 cricket competition on Sunday last.
Playing at the Enmore Community Centre ground, Enterprise prevailed by six wickets to take the championship trophy and cash prize.
Albert took 3-21 as Lusignan Sports Club mustered 62-8 from the allotted 10 overs. Enterprise Busta Sports Club then knocked off the target, winning with four balls to spare.
Guyana senior player and West Indies Under-19 batsman Bhaskar Yadram led the chase with an unbeaten 21 (2x6s, 1×4), while Test opener Rajendra Chandrika made 17.
Enterprise Busta Sports Club and Lusignan Sports Club had booked their places in the final, following semi-final wins over Paradise and Ogle respectively.
