A 21-year-old male sex worker today appeared before Magistrate Leron Daly at the at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court, charged with a series of offences.
It is alleged that that on May 23, Nicholas Kissoon of ‘B’ Field Sophia, Georgetown damaged a door along with other attachments valued $34,667 at the Brickdam Police Station in Georgetown.
He was also slapped with two charges of assaulting Police Constables, Tavon Watts and Ryan Fields. Kissoon was also charged with resisting arrest from Constable Fields.
Kissoon did not have legal representation and pleaded not guilty to all charges. He was granted $90,000 bail and is slated to return to court on May 28, 2018.
