Residents of Lusignan, East Coast Demerara are fearful that this GPL post will collapse and cause serious injuries if efforts are not made to immediately remove or fix it.
The utility pole shifted after an excavator operator dug too close during the highway expansion project on Saturday.
This has contributed to the weakening of the pole’s ability to remain in the ground in a stable upright position and poses a threat to the surrounding buildings.
