The police have issued a wanted bulletin for 31-year-old Damian Bissoon for questioning in relation to a murder which occurred on March 30, 2018.
Bissoon, whose address was given as Lot 34 Shell Road, Kitty, Georgetown is wanted for questioning in relation to the murder of 27-year-old Taj Andrew Jarvis at Barr and Alexander Streets, Kitty Georgetown.
Jarvis was stabbed to death on Good Friday at around 20:00 hours over money but according to information, it was a staged robbery.
It is alleged that the suspect confronted the victim who was walking with his friend along Alexander Street and demanded money when an argument ensued and quickly escalated.
Reports are that the suspect pulled a weapon and stabbed Jarvis to his left side chest and chin. Jarvis fell to the ground and was rushed by an ambulance to the Georgetown Public Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
