Competitive cycling action is set for the National Park this Saturday with the 15th annual P&P Insurance Brokers 11-race programme from 09:30h.
In 2017, Mario King of We Stand United outrode Alonzo Ambrose of Team Alanis in a thrilling two-man sprint finish to cart off the spoils of the feature 35-lap School Boys and Invitational race in a time of one hour, 18 minutes, 21 seconds.
In the other events the winners were Jonathan Ramsuchit (BMX Boys and Girls 12-14), Gerard Barrington (BMX Boys 6-9), Ryan Canterbury (Mountain Bike), Brighton John (Juveniles), Jaikarran Sukhai (Veteran U-50) and Andy Spencer (Veteran O-50).
Chief Executive Officer of P&P Insurance Brokers, Bish Panday, and other representatives are expected to witness the races and later assist in the presentation of prizes.
