Three of the five suspected bandits who were shot dead this morning during an attempted robbery at Pattensen, Greater Georgetown, have been identified.
They are 38-year-old Timothy St Hill, 39-year-old Adrian Dally and 31-year-old Levi Braithwaite.
Three firearms, one AK-47 rifle with two magazines and two shotguns were found in the men’s possession.
Police Commissioner (ag) David Ramnarine will be holding a media brief shortly to provide an update on the incident.
