Police have arrested two young males, both of whom reside on the East Coast of Demerara, in connection with the murder of pensioner Krishnachand Dabee.
The 72-year-old man was found dead at his Annandale, East Coast Demerara home on August 27, 2018.
The man was killed just a month after he and his wife were tied up and beaten by bandits.
Dabee was found lying face up with injuries to his head and right eye. A post mortem found he died of blunt trauma to the head.
Investigators had found one of the rooms in the house ransacked.
