Women arrested after cocaine bust at CJIA
Two women were taken into custody following a cocaine bust at the Cheddi Jagan International Airport (CJIA) after midnight Friday.
An estimated 3.6 lbs of suspected cocaine was discovered in a false wall of a suitcase of an ongoing passenger by ranks of the Customs Anti Narcotics Unit (CANU).

Shellon Yolanda Barrow of 135 Victoria Street, Albouystown in Georgetown was intercepted by a CANU Rank as she attempting to board a flight destined for Jamaica.
Another woman was taken into custody for questioning in relation to the incident, according to a statement from CANU.
